FAT TRANSFER TO THE BREAST

Denver Breast Enhancemet

FAT GRAFTING TO THE BREAST IN DENVER

Fat grafting to the breast, also called autologous breast augmentation or breast augmentation with fat transfer, is a minimally invasive, outpatient procedure that enhances the breast shape and volume while slimming and contouring the body. Performed by Dr. Mary-Margaret Kober in Denver, Colorado, the fat transfer to the breast procedure utilizes your own fat cells to contour and restore volume to the breast area. The procedure is an entirely natural approach that can enhance breast shape, symmetry, and overall appearance in a way that complements your unique physique.

What is FAT TRANSFER TO THE BREAST

The fat transfer to the breast procedure involves extracting fat from donor sites like the abdomen, love handles, or thighs through liposuction. Once the excess fat is removed, Dr. Kober uses the J-Plazty technique with Renuvion plasma skin tightening to help slim and contour the body. The next step is purifying the harvested fat cells using the BeautiFill device. Dr. Kober prefers the BeautiFill device for fat grafting cases because of the self-contained system and the rapid fat processing. Once the fat is optimized for injecting, Dr. Kober will skillfully inject the fat into precise areas of the breasts to achieve a subtle yet noticeable increase in volume.

Benefits of FAT TRANSFER TO THE BREAST

  • No risk of allergic reactions or rejection: Unlike breast implants, which are made of synthetic materials, fat transfer to the breasts carry no risk of allergic reactions or rejection. Since the procedure utilizes your body's own fat cells, there is no possibility of your immune system reacting negatively to foreign substances.

  • Enhances breast shape and symmetry: Breast augmentation with fat transfer can add volume to the breasts and create a more balanced and proportionate appearance. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who have naturally asymmetrical breasts or wish to address changes in breast shape due to factors like aging, medical procedures like a lumpectomy, or pregnancy.

  • Provides a natural look and feel: The fat transfer procedure provides a natural look and feel to the breasts. Since we are using your body's own fat cells, the results can be more subtle and realistic compared to traditional breast implants. The transferred fat integrates with the existing breast tissue, resulting in a softer and more natural texture.

  • Subtle increase in size without implants: For individuals who desire a modest increase in breast size without the use of implants, fat transfer can be an effective option. During the procedure, fat is harvested from other areas of the body (such as the abdomen or thighs) through liposuction and then injected into the breasts. This can provide a natural and subtle enhancement without the need for implants.

  • Balances overall body proportions: Breast enhancement procedures can help balance the overall body proportions. If a person has a smaller bust compared to their lower body, breast augmentation can create a more proportionate figure. The procedure can enhance the upper body's contours, creating a harmonious balance between the breasts and other body features.

  • J-Plazty removes fat and sculpts at the same time: The J-Plazty Body procedure uses Dr. Zamora’s proprietary technique with liposuction for the removal of excess fat from specific areas of the body while simultaneously sculpting and contouring those areas with Renuvion Plasma. This can result in a more desirable body shape overall. The harvested fat can then be utilized to augment the breasts, offering a dual benefit.

  • Leaves no visible scars on the breasts: With certain breast enhancement procedures like fat transfer, incisions made for liposuction and fat injection are typically very small. The incisions for liposuction are strategically placed in inconspicuous areas to minimize visible scarring. No incisions are made on the breast area. Dr. Kober will inject the fat into the breast area so there is no visible scars on the breasts themselves, enhancing the overall aesthetic outcome.

FAT TRANSFER BREAST BEFORE & AFTER

IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR FAT TRANSFER TO THE BREAST

  • Good skin tone and elasticity. The fat transfer procedure does not address sagging breasts. In cases of sagging or stretched breast skin, we may recommend a breast lift procedure to address these concerns effectively.

  • Excess fat to transfer. Patients need an ample fat in areas such as the hips, abdomen, or thighs to achieve the desired outcome. It's important to note that fat grafting for breast augmentation requires a larger volume of fat compared to procedures like facial fat grafting. Extremely lean individuals may have limited fat availability, so synthetic breast implants might be a better option.

  • Ideal breast size. Fat transfer to the breast can increase the breast size by one cup. The ideal patient for this procedure should be seeking a modest increase of one cup size or less. Autologous fat transfer is not intended to provide the same level of size augmentation as breast implants.

  • Healthy lifestyle. Fat cells can expand or shrink in size with fluctuations in body weight. To maintain your long-term results of the fat transfer breast augmentation, we recommend you maintain a consistent weight to help ensure that the transferred fat cells remain in place, providing lasting volume and results.

Address asymmetry

“One notable advantage of natural fat transfer is its ability to address breast asymmetry. By strategically injecting fat into specific areas, it is possible to enhance breast symmetry, achieving a more balanced and harmonious appearance.

Furthermore, for individuals who have undergone a lumpectomy or have sunken areas in their breasts, natural fat transfer can be a valuable technique. By carefully injecting fat into these areas, it is possible to restore volume, filling in the hollowed or depressed regions, and creating a more aesthetically pleasing breast contour.”

Preparation Information

Our team at Jack Zamora MD Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics will assist you with all of the information you need for exceptional results with your Fat Transfer to Breast procedure. Dr. Kober will address all of your concerns ahead of time and discuss what your desired results are. Procedure Information

Performed in-office and using local anesthesia, Dr. Kober starts the fat transfer to the breast procedure with J-Plazty technique which involves liposuction and Renuvion plasma skin tightening. The liposuction removes excess fat to be used harvested, and then the Renuvion plasma device is used to instantly tighten the skin. The next step involves harvesting and processing the fat which Dr. Kober then injects into the breast area to build fullness, add volume and enhance the overall shape of the breast. Results are immediate and continue to improve as your body continues to heal. Following the treatment, there is swelling or bruising which subsides over the first two weeks. Compression garments and a sports bra will be worn during this time and then as directed by Dr. Kober. While Dr. Kober will advise on specific restrictions, most patients resume a normal routine within the first week after the procedure.
